Delsa Joye Hale Kuhn
Born November 26, 1925 of Karl and Delsa Hale, honorably returned to her Father in Heaven and reunited with her loving husband Rudolph Paul Kuhn on October 2, 2010. Rudy and Joye were sealed in the SLC Temple on February 28, 1946. They now prepare the way for their six children; Kristina, Phillip, Rorey, Corey, Paul and Tammy, plus their 31 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.
Joye''s life revolved around three things; her love of her Father in Heaven and his Gospel, her family (past, present and future) and the serving of others.
She set an example of love, dedication, integrity and enduring to the end for all to follow. I believe it was best said by one of her grandsons when he quoted Alma 48:17 Yea, verily, verily I say unto you, If all men had been, were, and ever would be, like unto (my grandma), behold the very power of hell would have been shaken forever, Yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men.
We love you Mom and will miss you. You have taught us well and we will honor and live the legacy and standard You and Dad have set for us.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Kaysville Utah Height Creek Stake Center, 1520 S. Fox Point Drive. Friends may visit family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main and Saturday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Farmington City Cemetery.
