Denise Bodily Graves

July 24,1965 – March 30,2017

Denise Bodily Graves returned to her loving Heavenly Father on March 30, 2017.

She was born, July 24, 1965, in Ogden to Vaughn and Renon Bodily. Denise was raised in North Ogden and graduated from Weber High School.

Shortly after graduation, she married the love of her life, Brad Graves, and together they built a great life and raised three children, Trevor, Tyson and Crystal.

They lived and worked in North Ogden and that is where Denise was involved in many varied activities and church callings. She was blessed with many wonderful talents and was known for her charity and her willingness to put others before herself. She is remembered with love by many in the Marshall Islands, where she organized a work group to build houses there and supply necessities to the people. She was a very creative lady and enjoyed crafts and scrapbooking. She loved her family more than anything and loved spending time with them. She loved going to the sand dunes, floating around Lake Powell with friends and trucking around the country with her loving husband. Her two grandchildren, Weston and Cameron, meant the world to her and she loved snuggling and spoiling them rotten and she was so excited to be getting another grandchild in August.

She leaves behind her husband, Brad, her two sons, Trevor (Michelle) and Tyson, and her daughter Crystal, her grandsons, Weston and Cameron, her father, sisters and many more extended family members and countless friends. She is preceded in death by her mother, Renon Bodily and her niece, Laci Jimenez. We are sure they are together now and that they are laughing and dancing.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd. The family will meet with friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
