Dennis Charles Christensen, 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Lakeview Hospital. He was born on December 8, 1945 in Ogden, Utah, the son of Harold Leo and Neita Smith Christensen. He graduated from Bonneville High School and in Business from Weber State College. Dennis joined the Marine Corps Reserve in 1965 and was later honorably discharged.
He married Madelyn Foukas and they later divorced. Dennis owned and operated the Old Man''s Saloon and The Balcony. He was also a Real Estate Broker in the Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City areas for the last twenty years.
Dennis enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, going to Sturgis, going to Hawaii to watch the Pro-Bowl, and loved the Denver Broncos.
Dennis is survived by his sister, Daralyn Woods; four nieces and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Hooper Cemetery.
