Diane Robertson Parry

Diane Robertson Parry, 53, beloved mother and grandmother passed away December 19, 2012. She has gone to the embrace of loved ones passed and is now preparing the way for her eternal family.

Diane was born March 21, 1959 in Ogden, Utah to Kenneth and Verla Robertson. She graduated from Ben Lomond High School. She married Fred Harris Parry on September 2, 1982, in the LDS Ogden Temple.

Diane lived life to the fullest and loved family gatherings and planned outings. Her greatest pride and joy were her children and grandchildren, never missing an opportunity to watch their performances and attend birthdays. Although she held various positions in the church, the one she held most dear to her heart was that of the Primary pianist. I''m sure she is sorry for missing the Primary presentation this Sunday. She embraced the true virtues of a Christ-like life and continually succored those who had been downtrodden by others.

Diane is survived by her husband of thirty years, Fred; two sons and three daughters, Jonathan F. (Tiffany) Parry, Cedar Hills, UT; Christopher K. (Chandra) Parry, Hyrum, UT; Danielle (Parker) Barnett, Ogden, UT; Heather V. Parry, Syracuse, UT, Stephanie Parry, Syracuse, UT; and six grandchildren.

Diane is also survived by her parents Kenneth and Verla Robertson, Ogden, UT, brother, Scott (Lori) Robertson, Ogden, UT and sister, Laurie (Rob) Hadley, Morgan, UT.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the LDS Huckleberry Ward, 1285 So. 2500 W., Syracuse, UT. Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Primary Children''s Medical Ctr.
