Diane Swenson Wallace

September 18, 1949 – September 24, 2016

Diane S. Wallace passed away at the age of 67 on Saturday September 24, 2016 at her daughter’s home in South Weber, Utah.  Diane was born in Pleasant Grove, Utah; she was adopted by Herman and Winzell Swenson and was raised in Millcreek.

Diane lived in Clearfield where she worked as a nurse and nurse practitioner for 30 years with IHC at LDS and McKay-Dee Hospitals.  Diane served in many capacities within her  faith, the community,  and her profession.

She cherished her relationships with her family, friends, patients and ward members that she served.

Diane was preceded in death by her son Edward Scott Wallace.  She is survived by her brother Paul Swenson, son Matthew Wallace and daughter Malissa Zoglman, and her grandchildren: Alexander (AJ), Danielle, Nickels, Flavia, Ryan, Zechariah, and Jeremiah.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday September 30, 2016 at the LDS Chapel 315 E Chelemes Way, Clearfield. Friends may visit with family Friday from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Pleasant Grove City Cemetery at 12:00 p.m.  500 N. Main St. Pleasant Grove, Utah.
