Dimas Vazquez

Dimas Vazquez, 94 passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Ogden.

He married Angela Vazquez and they were married for 65 Years.

He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.  He loved animals, especially horses and cows, living on the ranch, and music.

Dimas is survived by his seven sons, Armando Vazquez, Mario Vazquez, Baldemar Vazquez, Remedios Vazquez, Francisco Vazquez, Socorro Vazquez, and Marco Antonio Vazquez; four daughters, Alicia Vazquez, Maribel Vazquez de Saucedo, Alma Rosa Vazquez de Diaz, and Florisela Vazquez de Cabral.  He was blessed with over 100 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

The family expresses their thanks to everyone involved with the care of their father.  They would also like to thank all his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren that cared for him and were by his side.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 514 24th St., Ogden.  Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park at a later date.
