Donald James Dobson

Donald James Dobson, our beloved son, brother, and father passed away quietly on Saturday, November 12, 2012 just before his 31st birthday. He will be sorely missed by family and friends.

Donald was born November 17, 1980. He grew up and attended school in Layton. He worked as an aircraft mechanic at HAFB. Donald was caring, compassionate, and loved spending time and playing with his two little girls, Kelci and Kiley. He enjoyed hunting, watching movies, and working in the garage. Donald was intelligent, quick witted, and extremely funny. He left an impression on all he came in contact with. He leaves behind a loving family that loves and adores him.

He is survived by his mother, Cristie Dobson, father, Tony (Linda) Dobson, sister, Becky (Bryan) Martinez, brother, Kelly (Debbie) Dobson, and children, Kelci and Kiley Dobson.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, L. Read (Margaret) Tolman, John B. (Veatrice) Dobson, and cousin, Brent Martin.

Friends may visit family on Friday, November 18, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.

In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established in Donald J. Dobson''s name for his daughters at any Goldenwest Credit Union.
