Donald C. Messenger passed away on Friday, February 27, 2015 with his family by his side. He was born on March 21, 1924 to Ray and Edwina Messenger in Harlem, Montana.

Donald is survived by his one sister, Gayle Huff, Oklahoma; two sons, Donald Lane (Marilyn) of South Ogden, and Lynn Deon (Debbie) of Fishtail, Montana; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Donald was preceded in death by his wife Zetta, and eight brothers and sisters.

We have lost another member of the “Greatest Generation.” Dad was proud to have served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the European Theater.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
