Don “Darnal” Lee Bradshaw

October 9, 1936 ~ December 29, 2014

Don “Darnal” Lee Bradshaw, born on October 9, 1936, of Fallbrook, California, returned home to Ogden, Utah after passing away on December 29, 2014 unexpectedly.  Son of Homer and Frieda Bott Bradshaw, Homer Bradshaw’s brother preceded him in death.  Don won the National Golf Championship when at Weber High School in Ogden.  Don served in the Army in the fifties in Texas.

Darnal was President – Owner of New Port Powder Coating Inc. in Santa Ana, California, working in that field for over 30 years.  He retired at age 57, selling his company.  He enjoyed traveling, golfing, and enjoyed sports of all kind.

Darnal is survived by his wife, Frances L. Ebel; stepchildren, Jeanetta L. English of Johnson City, OR and Dale R English of Carmel Valley, CA; children from his first marriage, Kami Jacobson of New Port Coast, CA and Torri McEntire of Seattle, WA; his uncle, Howard Bott; and cousin, Ray Ward of Ogden, UT; many cousins and friends in the Ogden area; his children from a second marriage, Krystal Ressler of Huntington Beach, CA; Traci Seuer, CO; Dana of Rampy, WA; and Darin Bradshaw of CO.  Don was close to Alexis, Rebecca, and Sarah Kate of California.  He also had 11 other grandchildren living out of the area. The grandchildren were his pride and joy.

Private services were held on January 6, 2015.  Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park next to his cousin.  Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
