SYRACUSE a€" Donita Rae Patchin, 82, passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 at Ogden Regional Hospital.

She was born August 7, 1930 in Norman, Oklahoma the daughter of Don and Nita Smith Garrison.

Donita married Kenneth L. Patchin in Norman, Oklahoma.

She loved knitting, making afghans for family members as well as knitting clothing for her family. Donita loved spending time with and providing for her family.

Surviving are her two sons, Bart (Claudia), Syracuse; Brett (Shari), Parker, CO; five grandchildren, Tyler, Brett, Megan, Danny and Kyle, and brother, Denzil Garrison, Bartlesville, OK.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband and infant son, Randy.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 W. 5600 So. Friends may visit family Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 at the mortuary. Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery.
