Donna Howell

Donna Lynn Taylor Howell in lieu of translation, graduated her earthly life on December 3, 2019.

She was born in Ogden, Utah on August 20, 1940, the youngest child of Daniel and Vee Bachelor Taylor. She was raised and educated in Ogden graduating from Ben Lomond High School in 1959. She was a drum majorette and marched in every Ogden City parade from the age of 5 to 19.

On July 1, 1960, Donna married Jim Haynes. They raised four ungrateful, irreverent children who turned out just fine!

She married John Howell on October 16, 1987 in Ogden. He was her yes man for 32 years!

She will be missed by her loving husband, John, her children, Sean and Denise Haynes, Patrick and Stacey Haynes, Jamie Larsen; her sister, Karen Tracy and Father John’s children, Ann, Karen, Susan and John, Jr., seven grandkids and six great-great-grands. Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Audrey Nelson, brother, Robert Taylor, her oldest son, Todd Haynes and son-in-law, Wendell Larsen.

As a family we would like to thank the staff at Heritage Park Care Center for their loving and tender care.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Friday, December 6th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
