KAYSVILLE – Donna Michaelson Passey, age 88, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Born January 19, 1927 in Montpelier, ID, the youngest child of Chauncey W. and Lavone Swa Michaelson. Donna grew up in Montpelier and graduated from Montpelier High School. She married Rex W. Passey on September 3, 1946 in the Idaho Falls Temple. They are the parents of four children: LaVone (John) Arkoudas, Bryce (Carolyn), Wynn (Annie), and Bret (Nadine). She has been a resident of Kaysville for the past 58 years.

Mother’s life was dedicated to her family and to her faith in Jesus Christ. A life long memberof the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  She served in many positions including a mission with her husband to Lansing, Michigan, but by far her favorite calling was the 20 years she served as an ordinance worker at the Ogden and Bountiful Temples.Hers was a lifetime of sacrifice for her family and neighbors, she truly exemplified the Savior’s admonition to love God with all our might, mind and strength and to love our neighbors as ourselves.

She is survived by her Dear Husband of 69 years, her four children, 20 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

The family wishes to thank Fairfield Village, Julie, Rachel, Cheryl and April with CNS Hospice and her many friends in the Kaysville 3rd Ward.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Crestwood Stake Center, 855 E. Mutton Hollow Road, Kaysville, UT. Friends may visit with the family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main, and Monday at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
