Doris Lesch

Doris Lesch of Bountiful, Utah passed away peacefully in her home on March 29, 2010. Doris was born Feb 17, 1923 in Thatcher, Utah to loving parents, Joseph and Laura Cook Ray. Doris graduated from Bear River High and Ogden Business School.

She loved her career working at Utah General Depot, HAFB, Federal Housing Administration and was a retired Civil Service Employee.

Doris loved spending time with her family, ballgames, playing cards, reading, dancing, music and all animals. She married the love of her life, Frank W. Lesch on September 27, 1990.

Doris is survived by her husband Frank, children Dan (Melonie) Nelson, Mark (Michelle) Sisam, Linda Eckman and Ron (Shirley) Wittebort.

She was grateful for her twelve beautiful grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren who made her laugh and brought so much joy to her life. Upon her request, no black, instead celebrate her life, plant a daisy or make a contribution in Doris''s name to Utah Animal Adoption Center, 1955 N. Redwood Road, Salt Lake City ,Utah 84116. "For the Love of the Animals."

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am. Saturday, April 3, 2010 at the Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where family and friends may call from 10:00 to 10:45 am. prior to services. Burial in the Uintah Cemetery.

We''ll miss you Mom, but take comfort in knowing that the heavens shine a little brighter and that you danced to the end.
