“Together Again”

Doris Skiver, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Her broken heart has been mended as she is reunited with her loving husband who was the love of her life.

Doris was the oldest of 10 children, born in Murdo, South Dakota, to Charles and Elenora Robbins. They moved to Elk Mountain, Wyoming, where she graduated from Hannah High.

Doris married her high school sweetheart, Glen R. Skiver, on September 14, 1952, in Larmie, Wyoming. They enjoyed 57 full and wonderful years together.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Terry) Holmes; her brother-in-law, Ross Skiver; 15 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers.

As a family, we wish to thank Access Hospice Care for the support and such kind and loving care. They are compassionate angels on this earth.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 3329 Harrison Blvd, Ogden. Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary. Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
