Doris Delaine "Dee" Taylor

Doris Delaine “Dee” Taylor, 78, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014 at her home following a short illness.

She was born August 8, 1935 in Dayton, Idaho to Fred and Vera Child.

In 1952, Dee married Gene M. Taylor. They divorced in 1976.

She worked for the Ogden City Post Office for 25 years as a mail carrier.

Dee is survived by her children, Gordon G. (Debbie) Taylor, Mindy S. (Ken) Green, Greg C. (DeAnn) Taylor, six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one brother, Clair (Carol) Child.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Marvin Child and a great-grandchild MaKayla Gee.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 16th at 11 a.m. at the Roy City Cemetery.
