SOUTH OGDEN a€" DorisMarie Dobkins Howell, 90, died Monday, December 8, 2008 at Mountain Ridge Assisted Living Center.

She was born February 18, 1918 in Texas. DorisMarie married William Beverly Howell on December 10, 1938 in Alverado, Texas. William preceded her in death on November 21, 2005.

DorisMarie was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Ogden.

She was a member of the P.E.O. and Red Hat Society. DorisMarie enjoyed playing bridge.

The family expresses special thanks to Mountain Ridge Assisted Living, the staff of Alpine Hospice and Gary Pollard.

Surviving are one son and one daughter, W.B. Howell, Jr., Oregon; Joan Marie Walace, Arizona, one granddaughter, Jenifer Burleigh and one great-grandchild.

At DorisMarie''s request, cremation will take place under the direction of Lindquist''s Crematory.
