Dorothy Lane

Dorothy Lane passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 in Midvale, Utah. She was 84 years old. She was born June 12, 1940 in Boston, Massachusetts to William Timothy and Esther Loretta Hughes Lane.

Dorothy was the oldest of three sisters: Mary Rew, Eleanor Wagner, and Esther Zimorski. Dorothy was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved her books, crocheting, her faith, and Disney World. Dorothy was loved by all that knew her and cared for her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary Rew, and sister Eleanor Wagner. Dorothy is survived by her sister Esther Zimorski, nephew Kevin Wagner, nephew Paul Zimorski, niece Laura Bell, niece Stacy Brown, and great grandnephews and nieces.

Services will be held on October 19, 2024 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 10 am. Address: 868 North Star Crest Dr. Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116.
