SUNSET a€" Our loving mother, grandma, and friend passed away peacefully on Monday, April 12, 2010.

Dorothy was born in Sydney, North Dakota, on December 13, 1912 to Ruben and Agnes Redmann. She worked hard on the family farm while growing up. She also worked many years at the Rubber and Plastic Product Co. in California, where she later retired.

She married Richard Wilson in June of 1994. He preceded her in death February 4, 2010.

Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, friend and a good listener. Throughout the years, Dorothy loved to dance, crochet, put puzzles together, do word finds, watch Lawrence Welk, and spend time with her family.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Darlene (Marlow) Elbert; three step-daughters, Ginger (Mark) Thurman, Diane Truscott, Cindy (Roger) Boyd; two step-sons, Jeff (Kayla) Wilson, Richard D. Wilson; two step-children from a previous marriage, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, daughter, and her husband.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Friday from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
