DOUGLAS JAY CLAYTON

1959-2016

Douglas Jay Clayton passed away March 29, 2016 in his home in North Salt Lake, Utah.  He was born September 17, 1959, to Vaughn Allen and Marjorie Patricia Clayton.

He is survived by five siblings; Ronald Vaughn (Yong Cha), Blaine Allen (Janice), Clair William (Shaunna), Patricia Anne Egan (John), and Lawrence Dean (Natalia).

Doug graduated from Bountiful High School May 25, 1978.  He earned an Associate Degree from Salt Lake Community College June 12, 1998 and a Bachelor Degree from the University of Utah May 5, 2000.

Doug married his sweetheart, I-chen Kan, August 21, 2004.  They have two lovely boys, Anthony Jay, born July 11, 2005 and Allen Douglas, born July 25, 2008.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah.  Friends may visit from 10:00-10:45 am prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Bountiful City Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for the Clayton Family Funeral Expense Memorial Fund at www.gofundme.com.
