Edward Ray Rasmussen

OGDEN - Edward Ray Rasmussen returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, September 10, 2007, and to the loving arms of his wife Ruby Helen Bolton who preceded him in death on August 30, 2006.

He was born November 7, 1920, to Niels E. and Venice Hope Rasmussen in Smithfield, Utah .

He served in the Army Air Corp during WW II and later in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Hill Air Force Base as a civil service employee.

He is survived by his two daughters, Sandra (Glen) Payne and Paulla (Robert) Wyler, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 15, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

Friends and family may call at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
