Elaine Colleen Ruoti Nelson age 74 passed away peacefully at her home in Bountiful, Utan on May 23, 2021.

Colleen was born March 7, 1947 in Wendell, Idaho to Clyde Ernest Ruoti and Linda Elaine Briggs. She later moved to Utah where she had a career in the healthcare field as a claims representative.

She had a bright, energetic, free spirited personality and was known for her big heart. She loved cooking, camping, arts and crafts, spending time with her family and friends as well as her love for being a member of the LDS church. She touched many lives with her generosity and will be greatly missed.

Colleen is survived by her husband Randy Nelson of 29 years, three children, Stephanie Mattucci, Amie Walker (James), Mark Dumas and 5 grandchildren along with numerous others.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, May 28, 2021 at Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 S. 200 W. Friends may visit family Thursday May 27, 2021 from 6-8 pm and Friday from 9:30-10:30 am at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E.
