Elaine Carol Wakefield

Elaine Wakefield passed away September 24, 2012. She was born in San Francisco, California on December 24, 1931 to F. W. and Ethel Head Richins. She was the first of three children. She married Will Nathan Wakefield Jr. on February 16, 1950.

She worked for Ogden City Schools for many years. She retired from selling real estate. Elaine served in many positions for the LDS Church.

Elaine is survived by her husband, Will Wakefield; daughter, Patricia Wakefield Gajewsky; granddaughter, Alexandria Gajewsky-Lee (Brian); and two great-grandchildren, Zandra and Will Gajewsky-Lee; a sister, brother and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Billy Frank Wakefield and her parents.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Ogden City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary.
