Eleanor G. Kinsey

Eleanor G. Kinsey CLINTON – Eleanor G. Kinsey, 95, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Country Pines Assisted Living Center in Clinton. She was born July 30, 1917 to Charles and Ida May Griel in Lancaster, PA. Eleanor married Donald F. Kinsey on October 22, 1939 they had celebrated 65 years together before his passing. They had lived in Pennsylvania, Hawaii and Utah. Eleanor retired from Hill Air Force Base Personnel, she volunteered many hours at the Clearfield Heritage Center and she was a member of the Clearfield Community Church. Eleanor is preceded death by her husband Donald, her only daughter Donna Kinsey, her parents and her siblings. Eleanor is survived by two grandchildren, Susan (Lonnie) Carter, Morgan; Michael (Tracy) Theis, Pleasant View; four great-grandchildren, Cody (Hannah) Gaskill, Danielle Gaskill, Colton Theis, Austin Carter, two great-great-grandchildren, Cade and Luke Gaskill and a third one on the way. Eleanor requested a graveside service to be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made to the Clearfield Community Church. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. The family would like to give a special thanks to Country Pines.
