Ella Virginia Richards Verley

Ella Virginia Richards Verley, 87, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013.

Ella was born October 18, 1925 in Douglas, Wyoming, the oldest of ten children to Clare Allen and Agnes Pearl Brewer Richards. She was raised and educated in Orpha and Douglas, Wyoming. She moved to Uintah, Utah in 1950 where she raised her family.

On August 30, 1944, Ella married Nathan Ervin Verley in Dubois, Wyoming. Together they had six children. They later divorced.

She worked and retired from Defense Depot of Ogden in 1994.

She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Women''s Business Association.

Ella is survived by her children, Stanley Verley, South Ogden, Dennis Verley, Roy; Lila (Jack) McCall, Roy; Pat (Fred) Bronson, Roy; Lois Romero, Roy; Donna (Scott) Brown, Ogden; 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, John Richards, Spearfish, SD; Clarance Richards, Douglas, WY; Harry Richards, Orpha, WY; and two sisters, Alice Forney, Glenrock, WY; and Mary Angle, Greenwood, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 26th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.

The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at McKay-Dee Hospital, Pineview Transitional Rehab and Heritage Park Care Center for the love and care given to our mom.
