Eluned Stanton

Our sweet mother Eluned Viott (Whitton) Stanton, passed away due to complications from surgery at the age of 87, on April 15, 2021, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mom was born in Perth, Australia on August 29, 1933.  She immigrated to America in 1947.  She married Wayne Stanton on January 27, 1955.  They were loving parents to 4 children, Roger (deceased), Julie, Gayle and David.  She was a wonderful grandmother to her 14 grandchildren and her great grandchildren.  She will be laid to rest with her beloved Wayne at the Utah Veteran Memorial Park Cemetery at Camp Williams.

Mom loved music, bike riding, camping, and playing card games.  She was a talented artist, sharing her talents with others.  Mom was generous and compassionate.

She is now reunited with her sweetheart and many other family members.  She will be missed, but we know we will see her again.

Memorial Open House will be held in her honor on Friday, April 23, 2021, from 2-4pm at a family home located at 5622 W. 7380 S. West Jordan, Utah. (google maps may not be updated for this address, apple maps should work better)
