SYRACUSE a€" Emily Sara Clawson, 36, was welcomed home to her Heavenly Father''s arms on Tuesday, October 4, 2011. She was born October 27, 1974 in Ogden to Sydney and Afton Clawson.

She was a member of the LDS Church.

Emily enjoyed reading, spending time with friends and having movie nights at home. She enjoyed cross stitching and cooking. She attended Weber State University where she received a Bachelor''s Degree in Family Studies.

Surviving are her mother Afton, her sister Cheryl (Ron) Kirkman, brother Ken (Rhonda) Bales, and all of her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 7, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family on Friday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. prior to services at the mortuary.

Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery.
