Emmet Elbert Martin April 15, 1955 ~ March 13, 2019 Emmet Elbert Martin, 63, Hillbilly, topped the hill on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Born and raised in West Virginia, Emmet served honorably and retired from the United States Air Force. Many of his friends know him as “Jerry”. He also worked at Hill Air Force Base and retired from Civil Service. He was loved and will be dearly missed. Private services were held by family at his request.
