Eric Alan Jarman

“On Wednesday, October 6, 2021, Eric Alan Jarman, loving husband and father of three children, passed away at the age of 51.

Eric was born on October 9, 1969, in Ogden Utah. He worked many jobs during his short time with us but most notably as a baker with bowman’s and most recently as a shift supervisor for Danon.

On April 27, 1991, he married Norene Lennette Dunmire. They raised one daughter (Rebecca Lennette Woodard (25), and two sons (Patrick Alan Jarman (19), Samuel Conor Jarman (17)). Mother-in-law (Helen Featherstone) Father-in-law (Kenneth Snow) son in law (Auston James Woodard (25). They had two grandchildren (Auriella Soren Woodard (5), Brantley Kenneth Woodard (3)). He has two older brothers (Leslie John Pierotti, and Michael Shawn Jarman) and one younger sister (Misty Anne Raleigh) two sisters in law( Lorie Pierotti and JudyJarman) and one brother-in-law (Loren Raleigh). He has five nieces and two nephews.

He had a heart bigger than anyone and wore his heart on his sleeve. He would often be the one person you could go to and always come away with a smile no matter what. He loved computer games, Star Wars, classic cars, but most of all his family. He had the greatest work ethic and loved his current job at Danon along with his work family. His laugh was infectious. His sense of style was very much considered “DAD”. He is the most amazing pawaw in the whole world. He’d give his last dime to anyone who needed it. His family cannot wait for the day they are all reunited.

We will be holding a private intimate ceremony on November 17, 2021, for those who know and love him. The venue is REV19 in Layton The address is 1604 W Hill Field Rd Suite 101, Layton, Utah 84041.

Eric has made it clear his last wishes were for everyone to be happy and smiling and reminiscing about all the memories. He doesn’t want it to be a sad mournful event. He also wanted to make sure no one showed up in funeral attire.

His celebration of life starts at 2:00 p.m. The “toast” is  at 3:30 p.m. and dinner at 4:00 p.m. Please do not arrive earlier than 2:00 p.m. as we will still be setting up and the doors will be locked. We will also be recording the “toast” for those who cannot make it. If you have any stories or memories you’d like to be shared on your behalf, in the case you cannot be there in person please email them to beccalennettewoodard@gmail.com.

Cremation care entrusted to Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah.
