Erna Mutscheller Knox beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away April 4, 2016 due to age related complications.

She leaves behind her daughter Sharon Knox Bissell, granddaughter Rachel (Chris) Ward, great- granddaughter Sidney Hopkins, step-grandson Mike Giles, step-great-grandsons T.J. Ward, Devyn Ward, and her good friends,  Cindy Hintze and Clark Simmons.

Erna served her country in World War II and after being captured in the Battle of the Bulge, she went to work for the allies.  She met and married her husband Richard and then immigrated to the United States in 1952.

She was very hard working and ambitious and became an entrepreneur. She owned and operated several stores in the 5 Points Mall in Bountiful, one of which was “Erna’s”.

Preceded in death by her husband Richard, son-in-law Charles and grandson Daniel.

She was greatly admired and loved by all that knew her.

No services will be held per her request.  Arrangement under the direction of Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary.
