Evelyn Barker Wilson Galloway

Evelyn Barker Wilson Galloway, 92, passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 in Bountiful, Utah.

She was born November 25, 1918 in Ogden, Utah the daughter of William Franklin and Ethel Beamy Belnap Barker. Married Lynoil D Wilson later divorced. Married Ernest Richard Galloway, April 8, 1949 in Salt Lake Temple.

Evelyn was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holding many positions. She was a wonderful mother, homemaker, a fabulous cook and very artistic. She worked many years at McKay Dee Hospital.

She is survived by six sons and two daughters; Grant Wilson, Lyle (Maria) Wilson, Richard (Sandra) Wilson, Neil (Elaine) Galloway, David Galloway, Glen (Teresa) Galloway, Sheron (Roger) Phillips, Gloria (Gary) Widerburg; three step-daughters Carol Galloway, Linda Kirby, Bonnie (Norman) Jesse, 32 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Ernest; two sisters Della Vanderdose and Norma Carn; a brother Alma Barker and a grandson Nicholas Galloway.
