Frances Elaine Call

CLINTON - Frances Elaine Call, 93, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015.  She had resided in Clearfield for 65 years.

She was born November 6, 1921 in Missouri Valley, Iowa the daughter of Dearl T. and Eva Antrum Friend.

Frances married Vinson Beck Call on October 10, 1942 in Elko, Nevada.  He preceded her in death on December 27, 2002.

She was born and raised Catholic.  She was an active member of the Clearfield Community Church and a member of the Eastern Star.

Frances loved camping, square dancing and bowling.

Surviving are her son Ronald Vinson Call, Broomfield, CO; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband Vinson Beck Call, parents, brother Herman James Friend, sisters Bonnie Mae Friend, Maxine Jackson and brother-in-law Toby Jackson.

Graveside services will be held Friday, September 18, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit with family Friday from 2 to 2:45 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
