Frances Marie D. Gallegos, 61, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at McKay-Dee Hospital.

She was born December 6, 1952 in Ogden, Utah, a daughter of Joe B. Gallegos and Bertha Archuleta Gallegos.

She was a member of the Catholic Church.

Frances was a volunteer at Hill Air Force Base Consignment Shop. She loved all crafts, embroidery, crocheting, word finds and listening to music. Frances is survived by her siblings, John F. (Linda) Gallegos, East Layton; Eddie (Sherry) Gallegos, Ogden; Mark (Ann) Gallegos, Ogden; Matthew (Michelle) Gallegos, Honeyville; Stella (Roberto E.) Martinez, West Point; Josie (Dallas) Whitaker, Washington Terrace; Toni Almanza, Syracuse; RaNae Holmes, Ogden; and many nieces and nephews who loved her very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Joe B., Jr., Danny Gallegos, Nephews Michael, Damon and great niece, Elisa.

We love you Franny, fly with the Angels, you are the soft breeze we feel on our face.

Funeral Mass will be held Monday, April 28th at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 514 24th Street, Ogden. The family will meet with friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m., with Rosary at 7 p.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
