Frances A. “Pud” Galloway

January 10, 1944 ~ November 2, 2017

Frances A. “Pud” Galloway, 73, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Mountain Ridge Assisted Living Center in South Ogden, UT.  She was born on January 10, 1944 in Mobile, AL, a daughter of Francis R. “Bob” and Dorothy M. Farrell.  Pud was raised in Springfield, OH attending Catholic Central School before moving to Utah where she graduated from Ogden High School and attended Utah State University.

Pud’s infectious smile, laugh, and sense of humor will truly be missed.  She was an avid reader and loved to entertain and socialize, swim, and shop.  She was also a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Surviving are her son, Chris Galloway and granddaughter, Amelia of Macon, GA; and daughter, Angie Galloway of Ogden, UT.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Rosemary and husband, Dennis J. Galloway.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1100 East 5550 South, South Ogden. Rosary and Vigil will be held on Thursday at 6 p.m. and friends may visit with family from 7 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
