Francis Doyle Dunn

Francis D. Dunn, 79, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2011.

He was born September 16, 1931 in Heber City, Utah to James Leo and Ella Janette Sessions Dunn.

On April 7, 1951, Francis married Dolores Ferreira and together they raised three children.

He served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict.

He retired from the federal civil service at the Department of Defense in December 1986 after 30 years of service.

Surviving Francis is his wife, two children, Karen Crowther, Jeffrey (Helen) Dunn, eight beautiful grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a brother, John (Carol) Dunn and three sisters, Cathaleen, Marylyn and Renee.

A son, Gregory Dunn and a son-in-law, Bradford Crowther, preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 26th at 11 a.m. at the Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 East 2050 North.

The family will meet with friends on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
