OGDEN a€" Francis L. Sangberg, 95, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2008 in Ogden of causes incident to age.

He was born January 25, 1913 in Boston, Massachusetts, a son of H.O. and Ella Putnam Sangberg.

Francis married the love of his life, Louise Herrington, on November 25, 1937 at St. Joseph''s Catholic Church in Ogden. They had been married for 70 years.

He graduated from Ogden High School in 1931 and also attended Weber State College.

Francis was a member of the Catholic Church.

He worked in the plumbing business for over 50 years.

Francis enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, reading and was an avid bowler. He was the oldest member of the Elks Lodge.

Surviving are his wife, Louise, of Ogden; two daughters, Teresa (Garland) Miller, West Point; Victoria (Ron) Nielsen, Plain City; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother, Joseph.

The family would like to thank Erin with Vista Care Hospice for her loving care of our Husband and Dad.

Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary''s Catholic Church, 2740 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Friends may call at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Interment, Aultorest Memorial Park.
