Francis (Frank) B Robins

Francis (Frank) B Robins was born July 26, 1924 to Vernon Robins & Alberta Bone, in Layton UT.  He passed away January 5, 2016.  He graduated from Davis High School and University of Utah.  He served in the Navy during WW II and in the Navy Reserve after.

He married Faye Grant May 22, 1946.  They settled in Seattle, WA area, where Frank worked for Boeing.  They Returned to Layton in 2006, where Faye passed away in 2010.  He was active and held many leadership callings in the LDS Church.

He is survived by his sons Allen (Madelyn), Gary, Vern (Allie), Evan, Dale (Kelley), son-in-law (Kirk), sister Della Rash, 21 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Faye, parents, daughter Colleen, two grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Valley View Stake Center, 1589 Gentile, Layton, Utah.  Friends may visit family Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
