Frank Alvin Brown IV, age 28, of Temple, TX, formerly of Roy, UT, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at his home in Temple.

He was born on June 11, 1988 in Salt Lake City, UT.

Frank is survived by his mother, Tammy Barlin of Temple; sisters Crystal Rice and Melissa Lopez, a special niece Alexis Romero, nephew Cory Rice, and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his father, Samuel I Barlin.

Frank was loved by many aunts, uncles, nephews and friends. He loved to bowl, Utah Jazz Basketball, and Denver Broncos Football. Frank never met a stranger, only friends he hadn’t met yet!

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 2 pm at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 W. 5600 S., Roy, Utah.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Frank’s name to the Special Olympics would be appreciated.
