TREMONTON a€" Our beloved father, grandfather and brother, Fred Ellis, 94, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011.

He was born December 28, 1916 in Tremonton, Utah to LeRoy and Emily McFarland Ellis.

Fred married Ruth in December 1934 and their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Fred is a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a member of the North Park Branch of Tremonton.

He worked for Marquardt Corporation & Max Factor and has farmed all his life. Fred loved to spend time with his family.

Fred is survived by his children, Lee (Nona) Ellis, Larry (Barbara) Ellis, Tim (Mary) Ellis, Deaun (Gary) Ellison, and 10 grandchildren. Also surviving is his brother, Bob Ellis and his sister, Lavell Brown.

Preceding him in death are his wife and granddaughter, Teresa Nelson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd.

Friends may visit with family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment , Lindquist Washington Heights Memorial Park.
