LAYTON a€" Fredrick Eugene Marryott, 78, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2010.

He was born on January 13, 1932 in Port Arthur, Texas the son of Frederick Eugene and Myrtle Jennie Wood.

Frederick married Sachiko Murao on December 23, 1963 in Fukuoka, Japan.

Frederick served and retired from the U.S. Marine Corp.

He loved to fish.

Surviving are his wife Sachiko, sons, Michael (Victoria) Marryott, Raleigh, NC; Robert Marryott, Layton; and one grandchild.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Saturday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
