Gary Lyn Welch

March 25, 1956 ~ February 10, 2014

Gary Lyn Welch, 57, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 10, 2014.  He was born on March 25, 1956  in Soda Springs, Idaho. When he was 1 1/2 years old he was adopted by Dale and Gwen Roberts Welch.

He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Atlanta Georgia Mission from 1975 to 1977.

Gary married Pauline Kae Adams on December 2, 1977 in the Ogden LDS Temple.  They celebrated their 36th Wedding Anniversary this past December.

He drove long haul for 25 years.  Gary enjoyed camping, riding snowmobiles, billiards, and bowling. His greatest joy was spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Gary is survived by his wife, Pauline; daughters, Rhonda Norman, Pocatello, Idaho; and Miranda Kennedy, Ogden, Utah; three grandchildren, Alexis Read, Glendon Long, and Dale Austin Stadter; mother, Gwen Welch, Pocatello, Idaho; brothers, Billy Edwards, Warren Rowsell, and Ryan Tolman; and sisters, Dorothy Manners and Alice Alley.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Welch.

A Memorial services will be held at a later date.
