Genevieve Craig

May 8, 1921 — August 20, 2018

Genevieve left us on August 20, 2018 surrounded by her family and she is now in peace.  We celebrated her 97 years old her life and mourn her loss.

She was born May 8, 1921 to Maroni and Adele Bingham Shipley Riverdale, Utah. She was the 7th of 8 children.

She is survived by her children Sherrell Miller, Huber Heights, OH; Clint S Craig (Barbara), Kaysville, UT; Michael I Craig, Mentone, CA; seven grandchildren, Kent (Coleen) Miller, Greg (Mari) Miller, Michele Craig, Lesa Craig, Kelli (Chris Johnson), 13 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband Ira J Craig, son-in-law, C J Miller, her parents and two brothers and five sisters.

We want to give special thanks of the wonderful staff and friends at Apple Tree Assisted Living in Kaysville, UT and to Dee, Sunny, and Valerie at Brighton Hospice for the wonderful care mom received.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT.  Friends may visit family Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
