Draper a€" Georgeanna "Georgia" Margaret Brown, 69, passed away at Draper Rehabilitation Center Friday, January 11, 2008.

She was born on October 18, 1938, in Ogden, Utah the third of three daughters to June Stoddard (Goe) and George M. Goe. She attended school on Catalina Island and graduated from Catalina High School. She furthered her education at Utah Business College in Salt Lake City, Utah. She spent most of her professional career working as an account and office manager.

She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she enjoyed performing her duties with the Relief Society. She was a loving mother, an excellent role model and a best-friend to six children, whom she loved unconditionally. She had a passion for life and travel, a thirst for knowledge and a laugh truly contagious. She had a loving sense of humor and sought humor in everyday life. She brought love, happiness and genuine friendship to all who had been blessed to know her. Sweet Georgia Brown will be sadly missed.

Georgia is survived by her six children, Kathy (Buzz) Warren, Mark Stohler, Jeff (Diane) Stohler, Greg (Maria Felix) Stohler, David Brown and Diana (John) Perry. Georgia loved being a grandma and great grandma to all of her grand children. She is also survived by her sister; Olivette (Bob) Shannon and step-mother Ruth Goe.

She was preceded in death by her mother June, her father George and her sister Mary.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Academy Park Ward House at 4605 WestPoint Dr West Valley City, UT 84120. Friends and family may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
