Georgene “George” Park Christopherson died peacefully at her home on July 22, 2022. She was born August 23, 1947, in Nephi, Utah, to George Harold Park and Maida Goble. She learned a good work ethic and worked hard her entire life in the service industry, becoming somewhat of an icon in the Bountiful community after working for years at Bountiful Bowl and later at RBs, retiring only a few months prior to her death. In Las Vegas she served as a Block Home and Cub Scout den mother. In Bountiful she served for many years as secretary of her bowling league, as well as in the Relief Society and Primary of her church.

Georgene married Charles Neil Christopherson on February 23, 1971, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died in 1984. She is survived by her children, Jerry, Jon, Carol (James) and Jody; honorary children, Jake Rosquist, Darrel Metzger and Melanie Buervenich; grandchildren, Kyla (Bryant), Kevin, Greg, Wyatt (Brandee), Keisha, Parker, Anthony and Lanie; great-grandchildren, Zoey, Chloe, Brantley, Miles, Haylei, and Everett.

She will be fondly remembered for her love and devotion to her family.

Friends may visit with family on Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 1:00 pm, at the Fillmore City Cemetery,325 East 600 South, Fillmore, Utah, where she will be laid to rest with her husband, Charles.
