Lynnie Robinson Hunter

Our sweet wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, Gerri Lynn Robinson Hunter, 56, passed away on June 20, 2013 following a valiant battle with cancer.

Lynnie was born on July 25, 1956 to Dell Ray and Nola Jean Hanney Robinson. She grew up in Ogden where she loved riding horses as a little girl. She later graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1974.

She had a wonderful personality and was quick-witted. People enjoyed her personality and loved hearing her stories. She owned her own Harley Davidson motorcycle and enjoyed many road trips and camping, especially at Bear Lake. She was a very talented and wonderful seamstress and loved making needlepoints and cross-stitchings for her family.

Lynnie married her sweetheart, Rick Hunter on November 11, 2011. She dearly loved her family and was close with her daughter and granddaughter, who she always called her "best girlfriend".

She is survived by her loving husband; daughter, Jessica Burton; brothers, Kerry Robinson and Monty T. Robinson; sister, Mitzie; granddaughter Shaylee Rae Evans, and her mother.

Lynnie was preceded in death by her father.

Family will greet friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
