Glenna Ranae Perkins

Glenna Ranae Perkins, 58, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2008 at her home in Layton.

She was born October 25, 1950 in Ogden, to Harold and Lucille Marriott.

Glenna married Rodger Sims and they had four children together. They were later divorced. She then married Andrew Perkins who had taken care of our mother so very well. He did everything for our Mom. They had one child together.

Over the years, Glenna had worked at Defense Depot Ogden and the Internal Revenue Service where she achieved many awards for her work.

Glenna loved fishing and camping and playing games with her family. She also loved to go to Wendover.

She loved her family dearly. Surviving are her husband Andrew of Layton; two daughters, Tammy Simonton and Deanna DeVries, two sons, Cale Perkins, Eric (Erin) Sims, and seven grandchildren, Brandon, Cole, Anthony, Britany, Kobe, Jayden and Dominique.

She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Natalie Perkins, four brothers and four sisters, Matt, Kevin, David, Jed, Melissa, Carol, Laura and Linda.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Allen, her father Harold, her mother Lucille, and her sister Susie.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday 10 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
