Our beloved mother, Gloria Jean Behling, passed away on November 28, 2021 in Ogden, Utah
Born in Murray, Utah to Lewis and Myrl Burbidge on November 7, 1944, she was one of five children, raised on their farm in South Jordan, Utah.
She married Leon Ostler, with whom she had one daughter. After their divorce, she went on to marry the love of her life, Fredrick Albert. They had five children together and were sealed for time and eternity in the Los Angeles LDS Temple on November 21, 1970. After her civil divorce from Fred, several years later she married Bruce Behling in August of 1986, where they lived in Ferron, Utah for 31 years.
She loved her family, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren more than anything in life. She enjoyed farming, gardening, canning, sewing, and quilting. She was very artistic and loved painting. She enjoyed breeding Cocker Spaniels and Shitzu dogs. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and loved to share her faith. She also loved going out to eat at Chinese Buffets.
Gloria is survived by her daughters Michelle Beckstead (Bob), Deanna Jones (Rob), Kimberlie Ignjatovic (Dragisha), and son, Wade Albert; 17 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, two daughters, Kelly and Trese, and grandsons, Joshua, Derick, Remington and Rowan.
