GLORIA ANN FENTON

1932 – 2016

Gloria Ann Fenton passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 in Bountiful, Utah. She was born on December 4, 1932 in Minot, North Dakota to Beatrice and Waldorf Oscar Olson. She married Ralph Verne Fenton in Sandpaint, Idaho on September 20, 1953.

Gloria and her husband of 45 years, Ralph, moved about the country living in Idaho, Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida, California, and finally setting in Utah. She was a member of the United Church of Christ. She belonged to the Bountiful Senior Center and was an active senior volunteer. She was an avid pinochle player and spent many hours with her wonderful card playing friends.

She is survived by her children; Don (Tammy) Fenton, Cheryl (Todd) Hess, and Diane (Dave) Thinnes; Grandchildren: Marshall Sinclair, Jamie Thinnes, Gabrielle Thinnes, John Kirkpatrick, and Amanda Erickson. She was preceded in death by her husband and grandchild, Dylan Anderson

She will remain in our hearts and thoughts, forever.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, UT. Friends may visit from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
