Grace Austin Hart Willard
Grace Austin Hart Willard, 92, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 in Bountiful, Utah.
She was born May 22, 1920 in Tetonia, Idaho the daughter of Carl F. and Lulu H. Fullmer Rudolph.
Grace was a Registered Nurse, working with Dr. Keith Stratford in his office from 1951 to 1956, and then joined him, Dr. Chelton Feeney, and Dr. Floyd Seager in establishing the Ogden Union Pacific Railroad Health Clinic. She retired from there after thirty years of service in 1986.
Grace was a member of the LDS Church. She was also a member of the Utah Nurses Association and the Utah Medical Assistants Association.
Grace loved giving care and compassionate service to people, photography, traveling, and gardening. But most of all she enjoyed serving and spending time with her friends and family. She brought many blessings into all of their lives.
She is survived by three nephews Stephen (Barbara) Glines, Brent (Karrie) Glines, David Glines and niece Sharon (Larry) Hill. Also survived by many grand nieces and nephews, who were all special to her. Preceded in death by her parents, a husband Don P. Austin, a sister Eileene R. Glines and a brother Sylvan Rudolph.
Private services will be held at Ogden City Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to Don P. Austin. Memorial services will be held Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 4-5 pm at Country Hills Manor Clubhouse, 4030 S. 895 E. Ogden, Utah. Food social to follow, with all invited.
