Graham Charles Ehmann, loving son, husband, father, Papa, friend, pilot, and basement train conductor, 56, of Pleasant View, passed away unexpectedly on January 14, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 7, 1966, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Charles and Ollie Myrle Ehmann. He was the middle child with sister Leslie Boren and Robb Ehmann. He graduated from Weber High School in 1984 and attended Weber State University.
Graham’s sense of humor and their mutual love for M&Ms brought he and Stella together at Amalgamated Sugar. They were married on August 5, 1999, in Pleasant View. They started their lives together in Ogden, raised their family in North Ogden, Boise, Idaho and most recently in Pleasant View.
Graham spent over 30+ years working as a programmer, and developing lifetime friendships at both Amalgamated Sugar and Autoliv.
Graham lived every moment to the fullest. He was the most intense hobbiest. He was passionate about coaching and playing soccer – especially playing with his sons. He also enjoyed Legos, Star Wars, video games – most importantly winning multiplayer games in Destiny (and buying new controllers), Diet Coke, trains, RC planes, rockets, guitar, retro video games, dad jokes, movies, and dad jokes about movies – he had impeccable comic timing and a great sense of humor. Graham had incredible, self-taught guitar playing skills. He lit up any room when he started playing and always had a guitar close by.
He was always happy, smiling and quick to help whenever he could. He had a quick wit, sharp mind and was fun to be around. He was so proud to be a dad to Brendon, James, Kyle and Nic and loved to be Papa to his granddaughters, Rilee and Luna. He was so looking forward to the new grandbaby coming in July.
Graham is survived by his loving wife and soulmate, Stella; sons, James (Charlee) Gallegos, Brendon Ehmann, Kyle (Megan) Gallegos, and Nicholas Ehmann; granddaughters, Rilee and Luna Gallegos, a third grandbaby due in July, and his beloved puppy Mr. Marley. Graham also leaves behind his sister, Leslie (Jon) Boren; brother, Robb Ehmann; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends he cherished.
