Greg Von Molyneaux
Saturday, March 30, 2014 Greg Von Molyneaux finished his 33 year battle with MS and is now running joyfully on the other side.
Greg was born August 22 1961 in Logan Utah to Joyce Griffin and Blaine Garrett Molyneaux. He attended grade school and Jr. High in Twin Falls Idaho. He graduated from Elko Nevada High School where in 1980 he was instrumental in their AA State Track Championship. He also ran two Deseret News Marathons.
In 1980, he was serving in the Texas San Antonio Mission when he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). While struggling with MS he attended Weber State University and graduated with a BA in technical sales.
Survived by his mother, Joyce G. Molyneaux, sisters Polly Jones and Julie (Barry) Bryson, brother, Dennis (Pam) Molyneaux, 13 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father Blaine, brother-in-law Douglas Jones, niece Megan Molyneaux and nephew Skyler Bryson.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville South Stake Center, 900 So. Main, Kaysville. Friends may visit family Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
